Welcome back to EuroBonus on the new system.
The migration of our new EuroBonus system is now completed and available to all of our 4, 8 million members.
Most features will work as usual, but we expect a few minor disturbances over the coming period. We thank you for your patience and we are doing everything we can to resolve any issues in the fastest possible way.
Points earned for flights and with partners will be registered as usual, however with a slight delay before they appear in your EuroBonus account.
We will continuously keep you up-to-date about the progress on this page.

Q. I am not able to book a trip using my valid AMEX 2-4-1 voucher online, on flysas.com?
A. Currently, you can only use your voucher on sas.se, sas.no and sas.dk or contact SAS call center via phone.
Q. I have booked a cash and points combined ticket (Best availability), before May 12, 18:00 CET and get an error when trying to rebook?
A. To rebook cash and points combined ticket (Best availability), tickets booked before May 12, 18:00 CET, we kindly ask you to contact SAS call center
Q. Can I rebook or cancel my hotel booking, paid with points, online?
A. No, we kindly ask you to contact SAS call center
Q. I´m trying to book an award trip with two airlines in the same booking
A. Currently, it’s not possible, we kindly ask you to contact SAS call center to help you book your trip.
Q. I have made a rebooking of my award ticket online? Now I want to rebook the same ticket again, is that possible?
A. No, currently it’s not possible to manage multiple rebooking’s online. If you still need to rebook your ticket, we kindly ask you to contact SAS call center to rebook your award trip.
Q: My transactions older than one year are not visible on my EuroBonus account?
A: This is a temporary condition and your older transactions will be visible again in the system at the end of May.
Q: I experience problems when I try to book hotels using my points, what should I do?
A: We kindly ask you to contact SAS call center to help you book your hotel.
Q: On my statement online, all points earned up until May 12th are shown under “Flights”. Why don’t I see points earned on for example hotels?
A: All migrated data are compiled under “Flights”. Points earned from May 13th will be shown under each category.
Q: Why does my statement show “any seat award” and “points used 0”?
A: This information is related to flight bookings made in SAS App before the migration to our new loyalty system May 12th .
Reference to “points” is incorrect and will be removed for bookings made after May 12th.
Q: On my statement the flight accrual calculation has changed. Why do I receive less points compared to before?
A: The round -up has been removed and it can differ with up to 3 EuroBonus points compared to before
Q: Why do some flight activities show as Extra Points instead of Basic Points on my statement online?
A: This is a temporary error showing them as Extra Points online. The points are registered correctly as Basic Points on your account. We kindly ask you to contact SAS call center if you need more help.
