When you book a trip online or via SAS Customer Service, you can get a full refund within 24 hours of booking. If you booked your trip less than 24 hours before departure, you can get a refund up to 12 hours before departure.
If you'd like to cancel more than 24 hours after booking. If you're entitled to a refund, it will be credited to the card you used to pay for the trip.
