If you do not have valid identification, you may not be allowed onboard the aircraft or you may have to cancel your trip. Violation of SAS rules for youth tickets is a police–reportable offense.
Book youth tickets
You can book SAS Youth tickets online, through the SAS Sales and Service or via our retail agents. A fee of DKK 300/NOK 300/SEK 300/EUR 30/GBP 27/USD 25 per person and trip is charged when you book through the SAS Sales and Service.

If you’re over 18, you can choose to pay for your trip in installments through Klarna (only available in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany and the Netherlands).
You can change the date and time of your trip (but not the destination) in some cases for a fee:
- DKK/NOK/SEK 350 for domestic trips
- EUR 45 for trips within Europe
- DKK/NOK/SEK 0 for trips on a Youth Flex ticket to the US/Asia
- EUR 70 for trips to the US/Asia
- USD 125 from US/Asia to Scandinavia
Fees apply per flight and per person subject to availability. If you rebook your flight at a higher price, you’ll also need to pay the difference between the original and the new price.
