EuroBonus points on all flights

It pays to choose SAS. The more you fly, the more EuroBonus points you earn. You earn points on flights with SAS and our partners as well as on hotels, rental cars and much more. Check in free on your phone, online or at our self–service kiosks

Check in 22 hours before departure with the SAS App or at SAS website. You can also choose your seat, register your EuroBonus number, change your departure time and print out your boarding pass. Use the SAS App to check in and get your boarding pass on your mobile. If you’re flying to the US or Asia, you can choose your seat when you book your ticket.

Coffee and tea. Newspapers in the App

No matter when or how you’re traveling, we offer free tea and coffee and free newspapers and magazines in our App. On some routes within Scandinavia, you’ll also get a free local newspaper. Onboard, you’ll also find our magazine Scandinavian TravelerMore about what’s included in our different travel classes

No fee when you pay by credit card

When you book your trip at SAS website, there’s no fee when you pay by credit card.

24–hour money-back guarantee

Fast Track – the faster route through security

With Fast Track, if you’re flying in SAS Plus or SAS Business or if you’re a EuroBonus Gold or Diamond member, you can take the fast route through security. Then you’ll have more time to enjoy some shopping or to relax in our lounges. More about Fast Track


SAS Lounges – get more out of your trip

SAS Lounges offer that little extra to travelers in SAS Plus as well as EuroBonus Gold and Diamond members. Work, have a bite to eat and something to drink, or just take it easy. We offer free WiFi.

Inflight food and beverages

We think inflight meals should be one of the highlights of your trip when you travel with us. We change our menu four to five times a year and always choose locally–produced, organic and sustainable alternatives. 

  • When you fly to the US and Asia, inflight food and beverages are complimentary no matter what type of ticket you are traveling on. 

  • On other flights, we offer food and beverages in SAS Plus

  • If you’re traveling in SAS Go Light or SAS Go, we offer free coffee and tea and you can buy food onboard and pay in cash, by credit card or with EuroBonus points.

In this year's edition of the Grand Travel Awards, where travel agents hand out awards within around 20 categories, SAS won first prize for best airline within Europe and Domestic.

SAS was once again chosen as business travelers' choice and won two awards on the Business Travel Awards: "Best Domestic Travel" and "Best Airline to Travel Abroad"

SAS a winner at the Swedish Digital Awards in the "Year's Best Customer Service in Social Media" category.

The winners of the Business Travel Awards – Customers' Choice 2016 were announced yesterday. Three thousand Swedish frequent business travelers and decision makers voted SAS the winner in the "Best Domestic Airline" and "Best Domestic Transport" categories. 

SAS has also been named as the airline that provides its customers with the best service in the ServiceScores annual survey.

During the fall and winter, more than 10,000 Swedes have answered questions in a major opinion survey designed to find Sweden's best company. When the results were presented on Thursday March 17, SAS took top prize as Sweden's best company in 2016 in the Personal Travel category.

At this year's Grand Travel Awards ceremony, where travel agents vote on awards in twenty or more categories, SAS won each category the company was nominated in: Best Domestic Transport Company, Best European Airline and Best Intercontinental Airline. Moreover, SAS Global Sales Director Annelie Nässén was one of three people nominated in the Manager of the Year category – which she won in the face of tough competition.

On Tuesday night, SAS was awarded a bronze lion in the “outdoor” category at the Cannes Lions awards for the "SAS Escalator Experiment”. There were a total of about 470 entries in the category. The award is recognition of SAS's achievements within the areas of creativity and innovation.

At the ServiceScore awards ceremonies 2015, SAS was voted as the airline that provides the best service to its customers. The results are based on travel experiences from over 3,000 Swedes. SAS beat out Malmö Aviation and Norwegian in the same category.

SAS earned the title of Best European Airline from Grand Travel Award 2015. The award, voted on by Swedish travel agents, is proof that the SAS focus on frequent travelers with high demands meets the expectations of those flyers.

The winners of the Business Travel Awards – Customers' Choice 2015 were announced tonight. Three thousand Swedish frequent business travelers and decision makers voted SAS the winner in the "Best Domestic Airline" and "Best Mobile Travel App" categories.
