If your name is misspelled or if you want to let someone else travel on your ticket, it is possible up to 1 hour before departure. This applies to most of our tickets. You will be charged a service fee.
Contact your travel agency or SAS Customer Contact Center to make the change.
Within 24 hours from reservation you can cancel your ticket and get a full refund. Then you just book a new ticket in correct name. Note, availability and prices might have been changed.
Note! If you travel with an other airline or a flight operated by a third part (i.e. codeshare), name change is not possible.
